The Herald News – FALL RIVER – The employment picture continued to brighten locally. Unemployment in Fall River during November was recorded at 4.1 percent.
That rate is lower than it has been in 16 years, according to Ken Fiola, executive vice president of the Fall River Office of Economic Development.
